Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your Coaching Session, Court Booking or Billiards Booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

You can reach us by phone at 04 343 0043 or via WhatsApp at 052 995 1921.

Kindly note that all bookings and purchased coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Facility Policy:

  • Players are required to wear non-marking shoes while on the court.

  • Guests must wear indoor-only and soft-soled shoes.

  • Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the court area, with the exception of water.

  • Upon request, a designated area will be provided for food and drinks.

  • Children must be supervised at all times, and running around the facility is strictly prohibited.

  • All trash must be disposed of in designated trash bins, and shuttlecocks should be placed in the bins provided at each court. 

  • Failure to adhere to the academy’s policies will result in dismissal.

  • Our courts are available for booking from 5 AM to 11 PM daily. Peak hours are typically between 6 PM and 10 PM on weekdays and between 7 AM and 11 AM on weekends, so we recommend booking in advance for those times.

  • Our kids’ coaching program includes fundamental skills training, fitness sessions, and game strategies. Sessions are conducted by certified coaches and tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

  • Yes, we offer adult coaching sessions that focus on skill development, fitness, and match play. Sessions are held in small groups or one-on-one with a coach, based on your preference and availability.

  • We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of court bookings. Booking through Playo app have their own cancellation policy.

  • Yes, at Fire Rallies Sports Academy, we offer specialized coaching for ladies conducted our female coach. Our female coaches are highly experienced and trained to cater to the specific needs and preferences of female players.
